BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:
Our mission is to co-design each step of the citizens’ engagement process together with the TRUSST team (through the organization of design workshops, and regular meetings). Then, it is to set the process locally by training a local facilitation team to be able to run the face-to-face sessions with citizens in Norway. Finally, we help the team to capitalise on the lessons learnt from the dialogue, and the panel, during capitalisation seminars prepared and moderated by Missions Publiques with all the partners involved.
MODALITIES OF THE MISSION:
For the citizens’ panel, 3 sessions:
- The first one to introduce the subject and give all participants all the information they need to understand and talk about the autonomous ferry.
- Participants will test the autonomous ferry by virtual reality on the second session
- Then they will actually BE on the autonomous ferry on the third session. The last session is the conclusion of the all process
ADDED VALUE OF THE APPROACH:
After our Mobility Debate, our partner give us the chance to work with autonomous mobility in this project : not on the road, not on the air but on the sea ! We also have the pleasure to test with them the virtual reality in a process, right before test it in real.
