The Global Fellows program has one goal: to involve ordinary citizens and stakeholders in decision-making.
Our values: inclusion and peer learning in:
- By drawing inspiration from deliberation methods used elsewhere.
- By ensuring better representation for often-excluded groups, such as gender minorities, refugees, and Indigenous communities.
- By adopting a collaborative design approach—”doing with” rather than “doing for.”
- By co-constructing our global initiatives with Fellows to tailor them to each country’s specific context.
